WHAT IS REWORK COACHING?

Rework Coaching was inspired by personal experience.

In my own story, a constellation of changes big and small helped me to make work suck less. Since then, I’ve changed my relationship to work, grown my confidence, and found this unique little niche that lights me up.

That niche? It is to make work suck less for others.

As a career project and product manager, I’ve actually been building better processes, better teams, better strategies for my whole career. I’ve actually been making work suck less by reworking work since my very first job at Hardees. (Granted, my ideas have evolved a lot since the great condiment restock plan of 1994.)

As a consultant, I now specialize in the process improvement, team building, change management, and digital transformation.

But systemic changes only help in so far as people are willing and able to embrace them. And sometimes, systemic changes can’t help when the changes necessary are personal. Often times, change is rolled out without any effort to personally support those impacted by it.

To help people make their own changes, I became a highly-trained, professional coach.

As a professional coach, I help people explore themselves on a different level—especially as they navigate change. My clients consider me a professional thought partner—one who helps them see themselves more clearly. I champion their growth and development so that they might thrive in the shifting sands of change.

So, what are you reworking?

Values

Stay open and curious

Staying open and curious means we keep possibilities flowing.

Seek resonance

We don’t need to settle for just ok. If it is not heck yeah, then it should be “no.”

Just try

We can sit around all day and talk about what might happen. Trying it is how we learn.
