While I write that with a wink and a smile, I stand by the belief that work is harder than it needs to be for many people—in no small part because of the nature of the modern work experience. To stay competitive, companies must innovate. They must change with the times and the needs of the market. Team members come and go. Restructures happen. New processes are rolled out.
Suffice it to say, in any organization, change is happening every day, all the time.
